Administrative Assistant (Claims) – 6 months contract

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To assist administrative tasks in claims processing and operations
  • To handle incoming and outgoing claims documents and correspondences
  • Mail sorting, scanning claims documents and archive of claims documents in systematic manner
  • To manage general claims mailbox and forward to the relevant claims officer handling the claim
  • To assist the claims officer to send acknowledgement for TP claim
  • Ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
  • Must be comfortable with administrative duties i.e. data entry
  • Meticulous and diligent workers preferred.
