Senior HR Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive full recruitment and staffing cycle
  • Responsible for on-boarding new hires including application of Employment Pass, posting of Jobs  in Job bank, preparation of contract, opening of P-file
  • Benefits administration (issuance of medical cards, insurance plans, claims)
  • Administers confirmation of staff
  • Payment of invoices related to HR
  • Maintains data entry in Workday HR system
  • Backup for payroll
  • Prepares HR reports
  • Organise HR engagement initiatives (e.g team building, yoga sessions, townhalls)
  • Gather training needs and organize training
  • Participate in special projects (implementation of HR Workday system, performance management system etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties by Chief People Officer

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Degree holders
  • Min. 4 years of HR Experience, preferably Talent Acquisition

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to use online systems with confidence
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Possess good attitude and is a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
