You can file a claim if you or the insured person on your policy has been diagnosed with cancer. You should notify or submit us the claim within 90 days from the date of death or diagnosis of cancer.

Step 1: You’ll need to prepare the following documents:

  • Copy of Attending Doctor’s Statement
  • Clinical Abstract Application Form
  • Medical Report and all available Laboratory and Test results (Histopathology/Biopsy Report, CT scan/MRI scan/PET scan results)

Submit your claim

Submit your claim online here together with the required documents for our assessment.


Step 3:
Check your claim status

Once you have submitted your claim with all the required documents, we will process your claim and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.

For claims which we require further clarification, we will keep you informed on the status.

If death occurred overseas, we require the following additional documents:

  • Confirmation letter from National Registration of Singapore
  • Copy of Burial Certificate or Cremation Document (if death or burial take place outside of Singapore)
  • All relevant documents issued by the Foreign Authority which must be certified by the Singapore Embassy or a Public Notary
