What does it really mean for you and us?

FWD Singapore began with a handful of people with a vision at heart. An idea to change how people feel about insurance and not just change how people buy insurance. It’s tough when you’re the new kid on the block struggling to make a difference, but we felt that someone had to do it.

People are often influenced to get insurance out of fear and worry, which has always been the feeling associated with Insurance. FWD wants to change this, life is to be celebrated, and insurance is there to protect your peace of mind, knowing that someone will be there for you when the going gets rough.

We’re here to challenge everything about insurance and put our customers at the centre of what we do. Over the past two years, we’ve made our “baby steps”, and we’ve received phenomenal support from all of you. You’ve seen us grow, and we’ve had a few speed bumps along the road, but here we are now, two years, 200 awesome employees and counting. A picture paints a thousand words, so we’ve drawn our journey for you, here are our two years in Singapore.

Since 2016 we’ve launched 11 products to date because you wanted more from us. Expect more to come because we’re not done. Yes, we’re young but our roots run deeper every day and we’re here to stay.
