Someone in your family or group has a pre-existing medical condition? With FWD, you only need to get this cover for the traveller that needs it and pay the premium based on the traveller's age.

Enhanced Travel Delay benefit

Flight delay got you frustrated? Worry no more, for you can now claim for delays as short as 3 hours. We've increased the benefit limit to ensure sufficient coverage in the event of extended trip delays of up to 90 hours.

Overseas medical expenses & flexible COVID-19 coverage

We provide up to S$1,000,000 cover for medical expenses incurred while overseas. You also have the option to add COVID-19 cover and be protected for up to S$200,000 if you contract the disease during the trip.

Unlimited emergency medical evacuation & repatriation

If you suffer from a life-threatening condition as a result of an unexpected illness or injury that happens while overseas on a trip, we’ll pay you for the transportation required to move you to a medical facility for treatment.

Delayed, theft of or damage to your baggage

Travelling as a family? Up to S$900 for baggage delay and up to S$18,750 for theft of or damage to your personal belongings, including your baggage. With simple and seamless claims submission and processing.

Optional Enhanced Benefits

Cancel for any reason

Get covered up to S$6,000 when you cancel, postpone or cut short your trip for any reason.

This coverage applies for single trips and only if you purchase it within 7 days from the initial trip deposit for your trip. General exclusions apply.

Pre-existing medical conditions

Get coverage for pre-existing medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and more for Single Trip plans.

This coverage applies for single trips and up to 30 days only.

Comprehensive COVID-19 coverage

Our COVID-19 enhanced travel benefit keeps you financially protected in the event you are diagnosed with COVID-19 before, during or after your trip. This includes coverage for medical expenses, trip disruptions or cancellations, and emergency evacuation or repatriation.

Sports equipment protector

Up to S$2,000 coverage for your sports equipment in the event of damage or theft, including up to S$100 per day for rental replacements.

Pet care

Get S$50 for every six hours that your return home is delayed to cover additional kennel costs, up to S$150.

Home contents cover

Get your home contents covered for fire and theft for up to S$6,000 while you're away.

Car rental excess (Applicable for Premium plan only)

Get your car rental excess covered up to S$300 if you have an accident overseas.
